1 hey! how do i order on doze?

to place an order, simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout when you're ready.

we recommend creating a doze account for faster checkout and easier order tracking.

registered users can view their order history and order status in their account dashboard.

once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. if you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact customer care.

after your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. if you need assistance, please contact customer care as soon as possible.

4 can i pre-order an item that's not in stock?

if an item is available for pre-order, the option will appear directly on the product page.

pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it becomes available for shipment.

an estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page. please note that these dates are estimates and may change.

if your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

you will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


5 how can i make my doze item last forever?

doze products are made with carefully selected materials and craftsmanship.

to extend the life of your item:

  • store it in a cool, dry place

  • avoid exposure to water, heat, and chemicals

  • handle with care to prevent scratches or damage

natural wear may occur over time and is part of the character of the material.

when not in use, we recommend storing your item in a protective pouch or dust bag.


6 an item i bought is cheaper now. wtf?

we offer price adjustments within 7 days of delivery if:

  • the exact item (same style, color, and size) is still in stock

  • the item has been officially reduced in price on our website

approved adjustments will be credited to the original payment method within several business days.

items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for additional price adjustments.

we do not price match with other retailers.
